Welcome to my website.

A little about me first: I started shooting airshows in 1997 with a Minolta Maxxum.  It became habit forming very quickly, and I soon found myself drooling over long white lenses and burning through rolls of slide film.  I would consider myself self-taught, although I feel I have many teachers -- the photographers and artists whose work I have admired for many years and who’ve had a profound impact on my shooting style.

Since 2005, I have used the Canon EOS digital camera system.  I used a Canon EOS 20D DSLR for most of the images on this website, along with a Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 L USM zoom lens with a Canon EX 1.4X II Extender. It seems my infatuation for long white lenses never faded! 

Since photography is hobby for me, my shooting schedule is fairly limited, however, I do reserve several weekends a year shooting for airshows.  If you’d like my services for a photo project, feel free to e-mail me at serdikoff@threewireaviation.com for more information.
